Sanguine Love

The feeling of fear had started to grind
The war was between my heart and mind
Mind marked that happiness was about to wind
And vehement sorrows were stealthily lined

I know this thought would have never inclined
Coz the law of life had unknowingly signed
The contract which declared that love was blind
My dreams and hopes dwindled and declined

Then suddenly stars of hope twinkled and shined
My heart then said, be understanding and kind
A way definitely your love will find
As absence sharpens, presence strengthens the bind.

Happiness,
Kally
